Job Description: Procurement/ Purchase Executive:

Roles and Responsibility;

Understand the requirement from the management and analysing/sourcing vendors to get the least possible rates

Collecting minimum 5 quotes for the products/materials to be purchased and consolidate the

Negotiating with vendors to get the possible rates and to maintain a cordial relationship

Once the order is confirmedPO to be collected and should coordinate with finance team to make the necessary transactions

Should follow till the item is getting delivered at our premises.

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

Diploma/Mech/EEEyears

Knowledge of mechanical machinery/ Electrical & electronics components.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Added advantages:

Hindi Proficiency.

Twowheelers.

Sufficient contacts to purchase gymrelated materials.
