Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in outdoor locations.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Utilize various lead generation techniques including cold calling networking and referrals to expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner listening to their needs and providing suitable product or service recommendations. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products pricing and delivery options.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand the customer base.
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and foster longterm relationships.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records including customer interactions sales activities and progress in CRM software or other designated systems.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager highlighting achievements challenges and opportunities.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with the sales team marketing department and other stakeholders to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Share market feedback customer insights and competitor information with the team to drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an outdoor sales representative sales executive or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Selfmotivated proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business or a related field is desirable.
