• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions.
  

2. ServiceOriented Architecture (SOA):

• Architect implement and maintain SOA solutions to facilitate seamless communication between disparate systems.
  
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards for building scalable and loosely coupled services.
  

3. Spring MVC and Groovy/Grails Expertise:

• Utilize expertise in Spring MVC Groovy and Grails frameworks to build and enhance web applications.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java and related technologies to continuously improve development practices.
  

4. Performance Optimization:

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance the overall system performance.
  
• Conduct thorough performance testing and analysis providing recommendations for improvements.
  

5. Collaboration and Mentoring:

• Collaborate with team members to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
  
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to elevate the overall skill set of the team.
  

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Java Engineer with a focus on SOA and performance optimization (47 years).
Indepth knowledge of Spring MVC Groovy Grails and related technologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceOriented Architecture principles and best practices.
Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
