Senior Security Systems Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities • Configure, implement, install and support MDM application infrastructure, mobile device profiles, security policies, mobile applications, and other MDM components. • Monitor existing infrastructure and configurations for compliance, security, and performance, and take required actions including upgrades, patches & configuration changes. • Manage the application & device lifecycles for MDM managed applications and devices. • Work with cross-functional teams and vendor support to troubleshoot issues with infrastructure and configurations. • Collaborate with Business IT teams and vendors to develop and implement new solutions to meet business requirements. • Collaborate with security teams to plan and implement best practices to secure Infrastructure, Applications and Configurations. • Monitor and ensure completion of ITSM activities within SLA’s • Multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment with changes and multiple deadlines • Create and maintain documentation on infrastructure, processes and support as per company standards. • Monitor and interpret vendor and OEM updates for applicability to existing environments and configurations including upgrades, patches, EOL’s, compatibility matrix’s and act. • Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and cost management efforts. • Stay updated with emerging MDM trends and technologies, and make recommendations for adoption where applicable.
