Business Process Automation and AI Engineer mfd Mandatory Internship - IoT Startup

We are looking for a new team member for our Computer Vision and ML team!

Requirement: 6 months Mandatory internship for university

As a Business Process Automation and AI Engineer youll play a pivotal role in automating our operations sales and customer service pipelines to ensure seamless lead generation to increase efficiency and productivity. You are responsible for designing building and maintaining automated process pipeline systems setting up and managing the automation tools. Creating testing and optimizing workflows ensuring smooth integration between different platforms and troubleshooting any technical issues.

Tasks

• Analyze existing business processes identify areas for improvement and propose automation solutions design architectures and develop flowcharts.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Understand and integrate with CRMs ERP systems project management systems (LinkedIn Xing ChatGPT Google Workspaces GCP and Hubspot)
• Develop and implement automation workflows. Automate processes for lead generation data extraction and scheduling appointments with leads to enhance the efficiency of our sales cycle.
• Streamline ticketing systems for notification processing and mobile interaction. Automate error and problem resolution processes.
• Implement automated workflows to enhance daily operations leading to greater time savings and more space for creative endeavors.
• Write review test and debug code.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues related to automation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of automation systems and make necessary adjustments to optimize their performance.
• Continually improve your skills and stay updated with the latest nocode technology trends

Requirements

• Proven experience experience with process automation tools such as Hubspot
• Experience with relevant APIs and tools such as LinkedIn Xing ChatGPT Zapier Google Workspaces GCP and Hubspot.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in programming languages Python JavaScript and relevant web development technologies.
• Proven experience in a similar role preferably within a SaaS company.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Cooperative and independent work analytical mindset and willingness to take responsibility
• Fluent in English
