Service Manager

Our Client is a wellestablished Commercial Vehicle Repair centre based in the Ashford area of Middlesex. They are looking for an experienced Service Manager who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment and delivering the best customer service to join their team.

Duties

• Liaise with Vehicle Technicians to ensure that work is carried out in a timely manner.
  
• Handling customer enquiries
  
• Updating customers with vehicle progress
  
• Ordering Parts
  
• Raising Invoices and creating reports
  
• Maintaining Stock Levels
  
• Record all items supplied to customers
  
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
  
• Assist with the day to day running of the centre

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Previous experience working in a similar role
  
• Proven organisational skills
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced Repair Centre or dealership
  
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written skills
  
• Computer Literate
