Job Description
We are actively building our consultants and candidate skill base in anticipation of significant skill shortages now that lockdown is starting to lift.
For our clients we can offer limited company contractors through to employees. We pride ourselves on delivering flexible options and those that work for us will be supported in order to deliver excellence to our clients.
IT Programmes are key to transforming an organisation and now is the time where a lot of organisations will need this and therefore resourcing IT Programme Managers and Directors are going to be critical. A track record of planning and leading programmes building strong and strategic relationships with stakeholders clients and suppliers.
We provide our consultants out to clients on a statements of work basis and therefore fully comply with being outside of IR35 tax legislation.

Requirements
You ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring programmes are delivered on time budget and to high standards leading multiple agile delivery teams at any one time;
- Building transformation and innovation programmes;
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to develop prototype and implement products that solve complex and commercial problems.
- Leading rather than managing digital transformation programmes and digital product projects through to beta and live running
- Providing and leading the strategic direction and vision for programmes and projects;
You will ...
- Have a strong background and understanding of service design technology innovation and product development;
- Have solid technology consultancy experience of delivering and leading design and innovation projects and programmes;
- Provide leadership in complex programmes including multi geographical remits;
- Be able to align technology deliverables into business outcomes and align to people process procedure and third party requirements;
- Have a deeply analytical mind comfortable with drawing on qualitative and quantitative information to design strategies and make a persuasive case for change;
- Be strategically minded seeing the bigger picture tell stories and move leaders through a process of decisionmaking and change;
