Job Description: We are seeking an operations manager; this is a crucial role in the successful day-to-day running of the office. This position is responsible for overseeing the production process, managing staff, and ensuring smooth operations within the workplace. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving production processes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
