Position Overview

As a Bilingual Sales Appointment Setter you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be crucial in establishing meaningful connections with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Clearly communicate our products/services value proposition and benefits to prospects.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for our sales team.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales representatives based on prospect interest and availability.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and appointment setting strategies.
  • Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in sales telemarketing or appointment setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic office software.
