Tasks

In this role you will be the point of contact with customers in advising selling troubleshooting and even setting up their new products

Answering inbound calls from potential customers

Talking to customers who actively reach out to the company and show interest in the products

Selling the product over the phone through good communication and negotiation skills

Being a team player and participating in the success of the team and project

Requirements

You are a native German speaker with advanced business English

You have a strong customer focus and are always ready to help

You are highly reliable adaptable a fast learner and you have strong problemsolving skills

Salary: 14 salaries per year x 1300 gross per month and a monthly bonus of 10%

Schedule: Rotative shifts with always 2 days off a week
