Our client a successful multibranch estate agency area is looking for a hungry individual for their Harborne branch. Enthusiasm and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential along with the motivation to succeed and be the best.

Job Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser

• Generating market appraisals

• Conducting viewings and conduct pre and post appointment feedback

• Crossselling other services available to customers

• Negotiating the sale achieve and deal for both parties

• Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service

• Keeping uptodate with the latest property trends and market conditions

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator

• Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst always having your own personally and team objectives in mind

• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key

• Knowledge of the local area

• You will be well spoken and well presented

• You will be target driven and ambitious
