Job Description
- Author standards and procedures and actively identify new approaches where possible.
- Capabilities
- Highly skilled in Windows operating systems, databases and a good understanding of their corresponding supporting infrastructure and assets
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other standard business tools
- Good knowledge of mobile operating systems (Apple iOS, Android etc.)
- Proficient with desktop support, and possibly existing servers (physical and virtual), systems, networks, applications
- Strong analytical skills in order to make recommendations on current and future equipment/software
