Senior QS Manager

Your primary responsibilities will include managing cost management, preparing tender documents, conducting feasibility studies, and providing accurate cost advice and reporting to clients. You will work closely with project teams to develop effective cost control strategies and ensure projects are completed within budget.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a managerial capacity. You should have a strong understanding of quantity surveying practices, cost management principles, and relevant industry regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
