Jr Render Wrangler

• Monitor and manage render queues prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues optimizing render efficiency.
• Collaborate with the VFX team to ensure seamless integration of rendered elements.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding render status and any potential issues.
• Assist in the development and refinement of render workflows and pipeline improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 12 years of experience in a render wrangler or similar role within a VFX or animation studio.
• Strong problemsolving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
• Proficiency in any given rendering software and an understanding of VFX workflows.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
