- To represent CTS in the role of Project Supervisor.
- To create and assign daily orders on CSTi for yourself and technicians required on shift.
- To update testing summary daily and ensure our client receives this on a Monday Wednesday and Friday.
- To ensure that you keep in contact with out POC for the project.
- To schedule working shifts on Hub Planner in an efficient and logistical manner.
- To monitor and respond to emails within 30 minutes of an enquiry from our client onsite.
- To carry out mangers sign off starting with basic testing with a view to expanding throughout role.
- To manage vehicles all FORS requirements assigned to Ops such as servicing weekly check sheets and van audits.
- Managing Direct Reportees Sickness RTW Holiday requests Probations and update on Cascade.
- To carry out contract reviews and ensure the contract review for the project is kept up to date.
- Assist with training technicians
- Ensuring compliance is kept which includes overseeing UKAS assessments.
- To create Site specific RAMS for any new activities onsite.
- To support the technicians with the onboarding process for the project on first few days especially.
- To monitor equipment to include maintenance stock levels including consumables calibrations and locating equipment for next days site visits.
- To ensure gold sheets are sign off everyday by the client for each technician and yourself.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Technician/ Operations Support Supervisor.
- Materials testing background is essential.
