Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of business development managers (and their direct reports) and digital marketing exec s.
  • Outline and approve marketing collateral (including strategic direction of social and web presence) to ensure it is aligned with organizational vision and goals.
  • Develop sales strategies gotomarket strategies sales plans and strategies to achieve goals.
  • Defining and managing Sales budgets.
  • Define KPIs and CSFs for the Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Analyze and monitor the market and industry trends and bring thought leadership through strategic positioning.
  • Outline and Manage the digital marketing activities and ensure they are targeted towards the ideal customer profile.
  • Manage the lead generation activities.
  • Identify potential clients/brands to offer them our services.
  • Outline Define and Manage marketing campaigns.
  • Create sales pitches about Hiringhood and effectively present them to prospective clients.
  • Maintain excellent customer and account relations and expand outreach to other potential areas in the clients organization.
  • Come up with plans to increase revenue and surpass monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teams to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
  • Identify participate & lead conferences specific to Hiringhood s Vision & Goals.
  • Represent Hiringhood in various forms of Media



Requirements

Must have Skills:
  • 10 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  • Should have extensive knowledge in recruitment lifecycle sales and client acquisition.
  • Need experience in technology sales staffing consulting services a strong background in business development and customer relationships.
  • Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Be a strong leader and have an acumen to communicate with senior management.
  • Should have strong communication skills articulation and presentation skills
  • Conflict resolution and ability to take ownership and motivate a team.
  • A gogetter who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story
  • Open to work in a startup. Experience in sales marketing and relationship building. Excellent communication Presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Prefer candidates with MBA MCA or relevant education in technology marketing or sales.
