Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Founder at Awss Lens. The Founder will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities to develop and grow the company. The role will involve building and leading a team, overseeing operations and finances, and developing and executing strategic plans.
Qualifications
- Business development and strategy skills, with experience in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and managing teams
- Financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and partners
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in the technology or startup industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field
- Proven success in fundraising and investment acquisition is a plus
