Position Responsibilities include:
Provide support to sales department and office administration. For the sales side this position will support the sales team with sales order lifecycle entering order through invoice. This position will also aid in the RMA process. For the office administration side this position will aid in administrating the daily office routines and functions (phones email customer interaction ordering supplies) setting meetings and conferences supporting management reports and presentations preparation and administration functions. Both functions require accurate documentation and filing (digital and hardcopy).
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years administrative experience
Microsoft Office Suite familiar with CRM ERP and operation of standard office equipment Statistical typist and reception duties
