In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role

Youll play an essential role in scaling our Swedish business by establishing & developing strong partnerships with our partners. For this position you will report to the Box Location Manager in Sweden and work from our HQ in Stockholm.

Further as Instabee in Sweden is a scale up business and grows at the same speed as light travels we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate with a strong drive passion for closing high quality deals and developing long lasting relationships with our partners. We search for an individual that can grow with the business & team over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this position is to sell our solution/lockers to new locations partners develop and grow relationships with large retail chains and property owners

  • Do store visits and develop store specific expansion plans together with store managers
  • Track KPIs for your portfolio and continuously evaluate actions to improve performance Learn the business contribute insights to other departments and play a central part in the continued growth journey for Instabee Sweden
  • Facilitate relationships and develop our product together with partners

About you

We are looking for a curious driven and creative individual who want to be part of a one of the most exciting scale up journeys in Sweden for the coming years

  • High energy levels triggered by hunting new business and closing deals both through cold calling and inperson

  • Exceptional communication skills in Swedish and English both written and verbal

  • Bachelors degree within a relevant field or experience up to three years of experience in B2B Sales ideally with a proven track record

  • Drivers licence (class B)
