Tasks
Your responsibilities as a Billing Specialist Manager will be:
- Managing the operations and responsibilty of the Billing & Compliance teams (over 20 team members)
- Working closely with the Team Leaders and providing support regarding issues such as people management billing activity reports full cycle of customer invoices and escalation of internal and external customer processes
- Monitoring the departments workload efficience and performance
- Collaborating with team leaders to identify and implement relative corrective/preventive measures for the team or systems
- Working closely with the management team to ensure clear communication between teams identifying best practices and optimize performance
Requirements
Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You have 3 years of experience within a similar managerial role
- You have professional proficiency in English and native in either Italian or Spanish
- You have experience in billing or administrative related positions
- You have good communication and negotiation skills
- You have the ability to work under presure with initiative
