Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Success Lead will be:
- Manage a team of Customer Success Managers ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs
- Drive departmental profitability by retaining existing customers and promoting various services to new clients.
- Utilize and proposing datadriven insights and metrics to evaluate team performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with thirdparty contractors to establish resilient and scalable partnerships
- Evolve and optimize customer contact capabilities ensuring visibility tracking and evaluation of all customerrelated tasks
- Foster internal stakeholder relationships with commercial and finance teams
Requirements
Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success and People Management
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish for daily communication (At least a C1 level in both)
- Previous experience dealing with highlevel clients is appreciated
- Experience working with and optimizing a CRM system
- Strong problemsolving skills and a handson approach to getting the job done
- Exceptional team player and collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
