Propertissimo is looking for a Property Consultant to office in Estepona! We are an ambitious forwardthinking real estate company wit several offices in Costa del So. This role will give you an opportunity to work in an exciting fastpaced environment where no two days are the same. Youll be responsible for providing topnotch real estate services to our clients helping them find their dream homes or ideal investment properties. If you have a passion for real estate and for sales and negotiation we would love to hear from you!

Tasks

As a Property Consultant within our team your responsibilities will include:

• Following up enquiries made to our office and seeing them through to completion
• Identifying suitable properties for clients
• Providing advice on valuation and market positioning
• Helping us grow our client and property portfolios

Requirements

We are looking for you who have:

• Verified sales experience
• A knowledge of the Costa del Sol property market
• Excellent communication negotiation and networking skills
• Selfmotivation and drive
• The ability to work autonomously and part of a team
• Great people skills
• A valid EU driving license and own car.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are meritorious specially German Dutch Polish or French.
