Job Description
- Large NSW Government Organisation
- $848 per day plus Super
- 12-month Contract
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Project Manager to join their team.
The Project Manager diagnoses, designs and delivers improvement projects for School Workforce. These broadly fall into the streams of enterprise technology implementation, system and process improvement, ways of working, operating model projects and general HR Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects, including preparation of reports, discussion papers, briefs and submissions, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project boards as applicable
- Provide project management guidance to teams, guide and direct complex workforce projects to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans
Selection Criteria:
- Experiece in delivering a range of project management and support services, given tight deadlines, limited resources and the need to manage competing priorities
- Exposure in managong complex and politically sensitive matters in a high profile environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
On offer is a 12- contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.
