Job Description

  • Manage a varied portfolio of clients within the residency visa process.
  • Act in the role of Translator/Interpreter for the clients and the company.
  • Provide support for clients undertaking rental properties.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of all office processes.
  • Administration for payments processing.
  • Keep track of all rental agreements to ensure rents are paid on time and correctly.
  • Contractual completions.
  • Track annual compliance dates and act upon renewals in a timely manner.

    Updating client data.
    Provide accurate reports to reflect up to date client status.
    Monitor Emails WeChat and any other source of contact from clients.
    Answer in a timely manner all client queries.
    Use company processes to find solutions to client queries
    Follow up on clients who are in your portfolio.
    To be a part of a team of committed colleagues who support each other.


Profil

  • Hold a post graduate degree preferably in a Business Administration Marketing Communication or languages (other areas will be considered upon application)
  • Chinese speaker with excellent English level or English speaker with excellent Chinese.
  • Ability to read/write fluently in both languages.
  • Experience with office systems and processes.
  • Accurate and organised with good administration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication in person and via phone or email.
  • Previous translation experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.



Informations contractuelles

  • Willing to be resident in Europe on a longterm basis.
  • Company will support in all aspects of work visa application
  • Accommodation can be provided if necessary
  • Initially a temporary contract but this is a long term position.
  • Salary plus benefits and a commission scheme
