As part of the management team in Central & Eastern Europe region, you’ll enable
Carlsberg (one of the world’s leading brewers) to improve performance in a rapidly
changing environment. You’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams, bringing diverse
perspectives to every challenge.
What you’ll be doing
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Creation and implementation of the CEE region logistic strategy
• Leading or participation in the general strategic Group related procurement
programs and projects
• Alignment of the digital roadmap
• Leading the savings projects and sharing the best practice process
enhancement
• Optimization of the Logistic cost
• Driving Carlsberg Excellence and Health&Safety agenda in Logistics
• People development and processes improvement
• Development and control of the KPI matrix
• Interaction with Country Logistic managers, Regional and Country CAPEX
managers, Plant managers, Country ISC Directors, Country and Regional
financial managers, Country procurement managers, Global Logistic
development group managers
What we’re looking for
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Bachelor's or University degree
• Special knowledge and work experience in Physical Logistics for at least 5
years
• Experience of work in a cross-cultural environment is the advantages
• Proficiency in English language; knowledge of other languages is welcome
• Advanced user of MS office
• Broad Warehousing, Transportation & Distribution experience
• Customer service development skills
• Enhanced procedure skills
• Good IT literacy
Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge of:
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication, combined with outcomeoriented execution focus
• Very positive personality and self-driven
