Job Description
- Working knowledge of loyalty program and member experience delivery
- Strong negotiation skills with attention to details, commercial evaluation, and contract terms
- Working knowledge of P&L management, financial terms & implications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
- Agency management experience
- Budget management experience
- Education: BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree a plus
- Years of related experience: minimum 15 years
- Years of management or supervisory experience: minimum 5 years
- Add'l requirements (i.e. % of travel, etc.): 30%
