Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as an Online Inside Sales will be:

• Prospecting analyzing and approaching new clients
• Advising clients or potential clients by phone about products and services
• Up and Crossselling
• Proposing new ideas and improvements on products and services

Requirements

Skills experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You have a native level in Spanish and you are fluent in English
• You have previous experience in Sales (12 years) preferably in a similar position
• You have knowledge and understanding of the following products: Hosting Virtual platforms Dedicated servers Virtual servers SSL certificates and DNS
• Additional knowledge in Web Design Hosting Internet Protocol (HTTP FTP) and in the programming language (HTML ASP and PHP) is a big plus
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are a resultfocused driven individual who takes pride in a highquality of work
• You are proactive organized and a strong team player with a high level of flexibility
