This is a remote position.

Our customer was founded in 2009 to bring a new dimension to salads and a new approach to fast food. They operate In Singapore the Philippines Hong Kong Indonesia Japan Korea Thailand Vietnam and Spain.

Business Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient workflows across different functions.
  

• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing online platforms with new product launches.
  

• Monitor and manage user experience issues with loyalty programs on our proprietary software.
  

• Receiving and expediting customer support enquiries to relevant departments.
  

• Drive adhoc projects related to online operations.
  

Requirements

• A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to drive crossfunctional productivity with excellent time management skills.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  

• Experience/knowledge in software development methodology is a plus.
