Position Overview
As a Business Development Specialist you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our clients company. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and contributing to the overall expansion and development of the clients company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients through various channels including networking cold calling and online research.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and work towards closing deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Market Expansion: Explore and pursue opportunities for market expansion both domestically and internationally.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities progress and key performance indicators to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role within the healt care industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
