Executive Senior Executive - Finance

Overview

We are looking for a person to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. Our ideal incumbent demonstrates excellent performance in managing bookkeeping & accounting activities; i.e. accounts receivables accounts payable invoicing billing expenses banking reconciliations etc. Incumbent should also have excellent organizing skills and ability to handle timesensitive tasks. Ultimately incumbent will be responsible for the daytoday management of our financial transactions and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.

Prepare & Process invoices Bills & manage Expenses.

Record Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Liaise with customers having long overdue and delinquent balances.

Liaise with customers & vendors for resolving any issues related to invoicing billing payment taxes etc.

Track bank deposits and payments & reconcile Bank Statements.

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.

Assist in Budgeting Tax & Return Filings Audits.

Update internal systems with financial data.

Review and implement financial policies.

Requirements

The Successful Applicant

1 to 3 years of proven work experience as a finance officer or similar role.

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or Economics.

Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures & financial regulations.

Experience using financial software preferably Zoho Books Xero Quickbooks etc.

Proficient in Computers & Advanced MS Excel skills.

Possess good data analytical skills numerical skills and sharp time management skills.

Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data.

Possess high level of commitment & ability to work autonomously.
