Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Agile Project Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic IoT tech startup. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology agile methodologies and project management. The intern will be integral in supporting our project teams in the delivery of innovative IoT solutions ensuring project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daytoday operational aspects of our IoT projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate daily scrum sprint planning sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify project requirements scope and objectives.
- Help monitor project progress track action items and manage project documentation.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and continuous improvement processes.
- Participate in the development of project timelines schedules and workflows.
- Assist in risk management and problemsolving in projectrelated issues.
- Engage in communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Project Management Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong interest in agile methodologies Scrum and project management in a tech environment.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Proactive selfmotivated and able to take initiative in a startup setting.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
