Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Content Marketing Specialist will be:

• Working with the marketing team to develop a content strategy for the relevant market
• Conducting research on industry trends market insights and competitor content to pinpoint gaps and identify opportunities
• Creating impactful content (videos blogs and articles) that promotes the company to the relevant audience
• Managing and optimizing content across various channels (incl company website social media platforms email campaigns)
• Implementing SEO best practices to ensure content is easily discoverable and achieves high rankings on search engines
• Establishing and maintaining a presence on social media platforms by curating and sharing relevant content engaging with followers and fostering community interaction
• Monitoring and analyzing content performance against agreedupon KPIs

Requirements

Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role

• You have atleast 5 years of experience in Content Marketing
• You are fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
• You have a strong understanding of content strategy SEO and digital marketing principles
• You have proficiency in content management systems social media platforms and analytics tools
• You have a creative and innovative mindset
• You have previous experience in real estate/ luxury industries
