Job Description

Lettings Branch Manager
Location: Wigan
  • £27000 to £30000 basic salary dependent on experience
  • £40000 OTE
  • Uncapped commission scheme
  • Electric Company Car or Car allowance

Role Description:
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Lettings Branch Manager in Wigan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the branch managing a team of property professionals ensuring compliance with industry standards attracting and retaining clients and driving business growth in the Wigan region.
A day in the life of a Lettings Branch Manager
  • Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team of 8
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting onetoone meetings)
  • Encourage your teams development and progression
  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Ensuring the business is riskaverse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Minimum of 2yrs’ experience within residential lettings as a Senior Negotiator or higher
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proven track record in the property management or related industry
  • Strong sales and marketing skills for driving business growth
  • Indepth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management software
  • A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
