Job Description

1. Objective:

The IT Services Coordinator will be in charge of operational and other administrative tasks for the IT department. The combination knowledge in procurement software licensing third party providers key company crossfunctional stakeholders IT operation will allow the IT department to provide a timely accurate and even proactive response to the domain of these administrative needs therefore providing more strategy oriented bandwidth to the department overall.


2. Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Possess a high sense of urgency and take ownership of issues and needs.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with IT other internal customers and external stakeholders.
  • Support procurement of IT supplies software licensing and IT services and keep an adequate historical track while doing it for future information needs and/or decisionmaking processes.
  • Provide insights on existing waste in current processes.
  • Provide improvement opportunities in current processes and/or propose new nonexisting value and efficiencyoriented initiatives.
  • Maintain traceability of assets and ensure that they are documented and traceable according to procedure.


3. Relationships and Roles:

  • This position reports to IT Infrastrcuture Manager
  • Coordinate and attend support needs with all areas


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree on Management or related with minimum 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Intermediate Bilingual English Spanish
  • Great at organizing prioritizing and multitasking.
  • Solid experience in IT supplies and IT services procurement.
  • Solid experience in crossfunctional processes and the IT involvement within that mix.
  • Knowledge on IT governance and ITIL (plus)
  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Business Excellence (plus)
  • High energy and serviceoriented attitude.
