Digital Marketing Specialist Full-Time Remote from Lithuania

After founding OANDA Richard Olsen went on to create Lykke in 2015 with the goal of staying at the forefront of emerging technologies that could be applied to financial markets. Lykke has various operations including running a cryptocurrency exchange providing software as a service products and serving as a marketmaker / liquidity provider on numerous trading platforms.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer acquisition and business growth.

Tasks

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets
• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO SEM email marketing social media and content marketing
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create compelling and effective marketing collateral such as blog posts whitepapers and presentations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech industry
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using datadriven insights to optimize strategies
• Oversee the companys presence at industry events conferences and webinars
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing roles preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
• A track record of successfully executing product launches and events
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels SEO and analytics tools
• Handson experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English with Russian language proficiency considered a plus
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills particularly in a 100% remote team setting
• Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
