Job Position: Manager Sale of Material


Job Location: Mumbai (onsite)

technology & on ground solutions across the plastic waste value chain. Recity works with
multinational brands CSRs multilaterals government and city administrations for transforming the
global plastic waste industries across the globe. ()


Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales by generating revenue by selling materials EPR/Plastic Credits & Sales of
Recyclates solutions to enterprise clients.
Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies
identify new business opportunities build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Generate leads and proactively approach potential clients presenting our value proposition and
securing new partnerships.
Manage client portfolio like corporate industries Government bodies (Municipality & Nagar
Nigam)
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Develop and provide Management Reports and presentations
Prioritize and align project as per Strategic Business Objectives
Plan and Schedule Resource Efficiently including budgetary sales and compliance management
Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflow
To generate revenue for the organization by achieving the assigned targets.
Managing existing relationships identifying potential accounts and initiating partnerships.
Grow net revenue in the market by producing business plans and accounts specific strategies to
achieve revenue goals.
Create and maintain cordial professional relationships with the clients through regular interaction
and identify opportunities for growth.
Help cities to achieve profitability by realignment and make cities a profitable market for
Recity.
Increase company revenue from advertisement by upselling and cross selling techniques.
Maintain critical market share thereby reducing competitive influence through core
relationship building and restructuring strategies to reduce competitive influence in the
market.
Responsible for revenue Generation Strategic Thinking Positioning Marketing enhancing
visibility & branding of key accounts by carrying out different marketing strategies


Education and Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
Experience selling solutions to enterprise clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
Ability to travel as required
