Role Overview:

Operations Executive

Daily follow-up and support to the Middle-Mile KPIs operational excellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize the operations' efficiency and productivity.

Statistical/Analytical skills to study Data, analyze trends.

Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plan to solve problems and improve processes.

Supporting Aramex stations to achieve service excellence based on Aramex standard procedure.

Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Middle-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations.

Prepare and arrange system training sessions and ensure ground operations resources have the needed knowledge to perform their work.

Being able to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.

Background in data visualization using BI tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's in industrial engineering.

1 - 3 Years of experience.

Excellent command of English.

Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.

Analytical and problem-solving Skills.

Team spirit.

Interpersonal and communication skills.
