Requirements

• Design Expertise: Youre an expert in Figma and youve got a keen eye for design.
  

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in a relevant field such as HumanComputer Interaction Human Factors in Information Design Human Centered Design Industrial Design or Psychology.
  

• UserCentered Approach:You understand the importance of usercentered design processes and methods.
  

• Requirements Analysis: You know how to gather document and analyze business functional and user requirements.
  

• Prototyping Skills: You have experience in UI prototyping and conducting usability analysis and testing.
  

• HighFidelity Designs: Youve created highfidelity designs while keeping engineering specifications in mind.
  

• Design System: Experience with building and maintaining a Design System.
  

• Educational Background: You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field like HumanComputer Interaction Human Factors in Information Design HumanCentered Design Industrial Design or Psychology.
  

• Industry Experience:Prior experience in technology products for industries like construction automotive aerospace or manufacturing is a plus.
  

• Team Player:Youre comfortable working in fastpaced product and design environments and youve even been the sole designer on a team.
  

• Collaboration: Experience working with geographically distributed teams is a bonus.
  

• Design Tools: Knowledge of design libraries for React web applications and proficiency with design and management tools like Adobe Creative Suite Sketch InVision Jira HTML CSS (SCSS) iOS and Android.
