Azure Data Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for a Azure Data Engineers to join our growing team of experts. The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture and data flow and collection for crossfunctional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Designing & Building data architectures including the design & setup of scalable Modern Data Platforms.

Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders including the Executive Product Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs.

Implement and maintain data solutions on Azure including deployment monitoring and optimization.

Design and develop data integration process using Dot Net technologies.

Design and implement robust ETL processes for transforming and loading data from various sources into Azure storage solutions.

Optimize and finetune data pipelines for performance reliability and data quality ensuring smooth and efficient data processing.

Monitor troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors in data pipelines ensuring data integrity and availability.

Utilize your expertise in data modelling and schema design to ensure data structures meet business needs and support efficient querying and reporting.

Remaining up to date with developments in technology and industry norms can help you to produce higherquality results.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Azure Data Engineer.

4 years of experience in developing or supporting Azure Data Factory Azure Databricks Azure DevOps Azure Data Lake storage (ADLS) SQL and Synapse data warehouse.

Handson experience in working with highvolume missioncritical applications.

Experience in C# .NET Core.

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment methodologies.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Azure Data Engineer or Solutions Architect certification is desirable.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
