Job Description

We re looking for a talented Marketing Executive who can undertake marketing projects to promote our

medical learning solutions drive collaborations and expand our market presence in the healthcare sector.

The candidate must be capable of organizing creative campaigns and promotional events that add to our company s brand value. They must have passion for marketing have abundant ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote our services and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer s interest in our services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponential growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media emails etc. ) exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement utilizing both online and offline channels to reach target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures press releases website material etc. ).
  • Maintain relationships with other media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health sector.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in similar or related role preferably in the health sector.
  • Understanding of elearning platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team proactive in seeking input and support from crossfunctional teams.
  • Techsavvy comfortable using digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing activities
  • Familiarity with healthcare and medical education sector will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing business administration or any other relevant disciplines.
