Job Description: Junior Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating daily sales operations
• Support sales representatives with product information pricing and quotes
• Handle customer inquiries complaints and order status updates
• Maintain and update customer database and sales records
• Prepare sales reports presentations and proposals
• Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely communication with potential clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience in sales coordination or related roles
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
