Human Resources Business Partner

Act as a business partner for Readymix business units. Plan and execute people annual plan in line with Country’s strategy and People agenda and in cooperation with the HR COE team in the delivery of core people processes, in terms of performance management, organization development, culture, learning & development, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, operations optimization (attendance, overtime, etc.) and management systems compliance to achieve better business results, build morale and increase productivity, retention and enhance industrial performance excellence.
