Continuing to grow our Engineering organization, we are searching for an experienced Senior Web Developer. This exciting new role within our Engineering organization will have the opportunity to help design, develop and deploy web experiences that recognize the importance of, and improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of factory workers globally.
Working within a cross functional squad of value aligned engineers, this person would be the ‘go-to’ for handling web application features and enhancements.
As such, this senior level role within the Redzone Engineering team requires a strong engineer that not only has a broad range of skills across web application architectures they also possess strength in all aspects of the web development lifecycle from requirements building, through design and into implementation and scaling. The ideal individual is forward thinking with a proven history of taking projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications
Required Skillsets
- 5+ years’ experience as a senior level engineer developing web applications
- 3+ years’ experience working in Vue.js, Typescript and Node.js
- Experience working within Engineering teams in an Agile software development environment
- Experience with web application test automation
- Experience with common CI/CD tools and processes for managing web applications
- Ability to work independently and remotely
Desired Skillsets
- 5+ years’ experience working in other modern web frameworks such as React or Angular
- Previously worked with Nest.js
- Previous experience as a full stack developer
- University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering beneficial
- A demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
- Efficiency – always looking at how to improve a process
- Team player – work as part of a team and be willing to speak up when needed
- Experience working in a remote team
