Job Description

Title: Lead Enterprise Project Manager
Location: Chesterfield MO
Position Type: CTH 6 Months

The Lead Enterprise Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering largescale strategic initiatives within the Mercy ministry ensuring timely completion adherence to budget constraints and meeting highquality standards. This position involves consulting with sponsors and stakeholders on complex visible initiatives coordinating project teams overseeing communication management providing financial support and maintaining overall stability for strategic initiatives and workstreams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large highly complex and visible strategic initiatives and workstreams.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to align project goals with specific business objectives.
  • Establish and ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams to effectively execute initiatives.
  • Demonstrate leadership in decisionmaking to support business goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.
  • Drive communication management providing regular updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Illustrate the strategic initiative journey through comprehensive reporting.
  • Ensure alignment of anticipated outcomes with business needs.
  • Provide financial support by managing project budgets effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in cost management and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the stability of strategic initiatives and workstreams
  • Proactively address issues risks and conflicts to maintain project stability.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree specialized training or equivalent work experience.
  • Recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Nine years of project management experience with at least 5 years in relevant healthcare in hospital clinical or patient care environments.
  • Demonstrated mastery in delivering large strategic initiatives workstreams and projects in healthcare.
  • Proficient in project management skills including cost management risk/issue management scope management solution development schedule management and relevant business and PPM tools.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate work independently acting as a selfstarter with appropriate resource utilization and critical thinking.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies in healthcare environments. Masters degree in Health Care/Administration and/or Project Management.
