GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:

ClientFirst Relationships: Forge and nurture robust relationships with B2B clients ensuring they experience a partnership not just a service.

Unveiling Client Objectives: Dive deep into each clients needs uncovering their academic aspirations and operational requirements with precision. You become an expert on the clients customer needs classroom technology and the principles behind the designs of their learning programs.

Holistic Solution Delivery: Collaborate crossfunctionally to provide bespoke solutions that dont just meet service standards but exceed client expectations.

Proactive Engagement: Regular checkins reviews and meetings form your toolkit ensuring their satisfaction and uncovering new avenues of support.

Success in Metrics: Metrics like KPIs on attendance punctuality headcount fulfillment customer satisfaction and renewal rate wont just be numbers to you; theyll be goals to achieve or surpass with your strategic prowess driving their attainment.

Champion of Satisfaction: Rapidly addressing client concerns becomes your forte maintaining a high level of satisfaction and fostering longterm loyalty.

Insightful Reporting: Crafting and delivering comprehensive reports youll keep our management team informed guiding the way to future excellence.


Your Setup:

Time: Youre expected to be available when your clients operate as the first step to effective client relationships. This account operates in the Central European Timezone with midshift at 1:00 pm 10:00 pm or 2:00 11:00 pm.


Your Profile:

Educational Backbone: A degree in education business administration marketing or a related field or equivalent handson experience.

Proven Prowess: A track record of at least 4 years in account management sales or customer relations preferably within education.

Dynamic Communication: Stellar communication negotiation and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.

ProblemSolving Virtuoso: You excel in resolving challenges adapting a customercentric approach for tailored solutions.

Master of Multitasking: Juggling multiple educational accounts youre independent prioritizing tasks with finesse.

Educational Advocate: Passion for education and the drive to impact the educational community for the better.
