SDE II -Backend

This is a remote position.

• Collaborate with the product team to understand and fulfill our platforms requirementsconsistently driving for improvement and innovation.
  
• Conceptualize and implement sophisticated system architectures ensuring scalability and robustness.
  
• Craft modular reusable code segments.
  
• Engage in design reviews offering constructive feedback on architectural and design nuances integration performance and scalability.
  
• Champion the scrum methodology ensuring rapid iteration and deployment.
  
• Guide and mentor fellow team members fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
  
• Contribute to documentation standards and refining operational procedures.
  

• A minimum of 4 years professional experience in software development.
  
• Mastery in architecting designing and deploying horizontally scalable REST services using NodeJS.
  
• Indepth knowledge of JavaScript and its asynchronous principles.
  
• Expertise in both NoSQL and relational databases (e.g. MongoDB PostgreSQL) with an adept grasp on data modeling.
  
• Insights into Identity Management and Security encompassing SSL protocols data encryption user authentication and authorization services.
  
• Proficiency with Git.
  
• Solid understanding of scalable computing systems software structures data structures and algorithms.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of servicecentric and microservice frameworks.
  
• Practical experience with AWS or a similar cloud provider Linux and shell scripting.
  
• Familiarity with Nginx Docker is advantageous.
  
• Proven capability to independently drive complex features or projects from inception to completion.
  
• A passion for enhancing developer productivity by delving into tools frameworks and process automations.
  
• A genuine enthusiasm for coding.
