Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Ridhira Retreat a prestigious 5star resort. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the luxury hospitality industry you will play a pivotal role in our success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the resorts goals and objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and maintain a high level of motivation and engagement.
  3. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques relationshipbuilding and proactive prospecting.
  4. Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
  6. Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the resorts value proposition.
  7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget ensuring financial targets are met while controlling expenses.
  8. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management detailing sales performance market analysis and forecasting.
  9. Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients securing profitable and longterm agreements.
  10. Networking: Build and maintain a strong network in the luxury hospitality industry attending industry events trade shows and conferences.
  11. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns resolving issues and continually improving services.
  12. Sales Training: Develop and execute training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the luxury hospitality industry.
  4. Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  6. Indepth knowledge of the luxury hospitality market and industry trends.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
  8. Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
  9. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed.
