You love communicating with other people and are a helpful friendly person Then we are looking for you as a DUTCHspeaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) working fromHOME or in Berlin Kreuzberg in full or parttime for Raisin. The start date is the date. To work from home your place of residence must be in Germany.

Tasks

• Advising our Dutchspeaking customers by telephone and email (50% Backoffice 50% Inbound Calls)
• Sale of products and services
• Solving queries quickly and competently to increase customer satisfaction
• Processing and resolving customer complaints
• Building relationships with the new and existing customer base
• Adhering to the principles and values of our company

Requirements

• Fluency inDutch (native level)
• Excellent customer service expertise
• Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment previous contact centre experience is desirable
• Proficient IT Skills (MicrosoftOffice)
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 5:30 PM no weekends)
• A broadband connection (DSL VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstreamand a quiet room
