Job Description

The Academic Coach Experience

All of our tutoring services have a focus on Executive Functioning (EF) which is a set of skills that enable people to meet their goals display selfcontrol follow complex directions and stay focused. The Enricherys Academic Coach experience extends beyond recurring oneonone sessions with their matched students to promote the mastery of lifelong habits for success.

• A bonus of $45 per week for coaches who travel to different locations throughout the week to provide sessions to students at our brand new locations
  

What You Should Offer

• Desire to make an impact on K12 students
  

• A bachelor s degree or currently enrolled in college classes
  

• Ability to teach content and connect with students as their mentor
  

• Work a minimum of 20 studentfacing hours per week
  

• Ability to drive between The Enrichery s new and existing office locations to meet students for sessions depending on the day (we would not schedule sessions in different locations on the same day)

Requirements

• Content knowledge and ability to teach K12 students in subjects of: English history Natural Sciences Mathematics and/or foreign languages such as Spanish and French
  

• ACT SAT and ISEE Test Preparation experience or College Admissions experience (preferred but not required)
  

• Reliable transportation
