Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate/Associate Manager to join our due diligence team at Give Discover. The individual has to be passionate about social change and enabling process developments for better stakeholder experience and smoother cross functional work.
We are looking for a handson detail oriented and highly motivated individual to manage our Due Diligence and Compliance process for NGO partners. Our framework is designed to bring trust which is why we verify and validate all the legal requirements that a nonprofit needs to follow to be compliant with the norms .Due diligence of NGOs and their operations is at the heart of Give s promise to the donors. Our NGO ecosystem is built with a view to bringing credibility to the social sector as well as to our donors and network of supporters.
This is an extremely wonderful opportunity for an individual who is eager to make an impact in the social sector and loves to interact with people. The person will have to conduct credibility assurance for our NGO partners and ensure the due diligence standards are met and only verified NGOs become a part of our ecosystem.
This is a remote position but involves frequent travels throughout the country to assess our NGO partners
Key Responsibilities
- The candidate will have end to end responsibility for managing various aspects of the compliance requirements that are a cornerstone of Give s due diligence frameworks.
- Through excellence in project implementation reinforce the compliance and due diligence standards of Give identify and fix the gaps in the current process.
- Ensure high standards of due diligence and compliance are maintained in every process and iteration
- Crossfunctional collaboration and internal stakeholder management
- Ensure ontime completion of the Due Diligence Checks and related process for partner NGOs
- Work closely with NonProfits and internal teams and continuously strive to improve the efficiency and outcome of the process.
- Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce maintain and monitor dashboards for stakeholders as the compliance requirements are the cornerstone of the trust that is placed in Give by its large donor base.
Required skills and experience:
- The ideal candidate is passionate about social and humanitarian causes has an experience of 46 years and has strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in stakeholder management data management and analysis is a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with CXOs board members and senior executives of an organization
- Proven history of effective prioritization and meeting project deadlines
- Strong accountability process orientation and time management skills
- Proficiency with Excel to handle large volumes of data.
- Passionate about the social sector and primary understanding of a diversity of causes
- Ability to deal with stakeholders patiently and convey the nuances of our Gold/Silver framework of Due Diligence and conduct the entire Due Diligence as per the established frameworks
- A solutiongiver to problems and challenges
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once without compromise on quality of delivery
- Comfortable working in a fast paced growing environment with focus on growth and scale in every task assigned
